“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
(Romans 8:38-39)
Isn’t that powerful? In a world where feelings shift, relationships evolve and circumstances change, God’s love remains the same: it’s constant, steadfast and unwavering. His love isn’t based on our performance, perfection or even our failures. It is rooted in who He is, not who we are.
When life feels overwhelming, when doubt creeps in, or, when you question your worth, remember this: God’s love has no expiration date. It’s not seasonal, conditional or fleeting. His love covered you yesterday, holds you today, and will carry you into tomorrow. Hallelujah!
“Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you.
(Isaiah 54:10)
This month, as we celebrate love in its many forms, let’s rest in the comfort of God’s everlasting love. It is the foundation of our identity, the source of our strength and the anchor for our souls.
A Prayer for the Month Ahead:
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for Your unchanging, unfailing love. In a world full of uncertainty, Your love is my constant. Remind me daily that nothing can separate me from Your presence. When I feel unworthy, help me to see myself through Your eyes: beloved, cherished, and chosen. Anchor my heart in Your truth and fill me with the peace that comes from knowing You are with me always. May Your love shine through me, reflecting Your grace to everyone I encounter.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Now, as you’re moving through February, hold tightly to this truth: You are deeply loved, fully known and never forgotten.
